Mürren, Switzerland, March, 5 and 7 night offers by air direct to Zurich !
The destination for this trip will be Mürren, in the Jungfrau region of Switzerland. You will leave Guernsey at 09.25, or Jersey at 11.00 onSunday, Tuesday or Thursday morning. You will fly Blue Islands to Zurich , arriving at 14.10. so you will get to the resort by train transfer, direct from the airport, on Friday afternoon at 17.51. The last part of your journey is by cable car up to Mürren!
The Hotel Jungfrau is situated next to the ski school with its own exercise area for children and offers direct access to slopes around the car-free village of Mürren. South-facing rooms have balconies and offer superb mountain views. All you hear at night are the sounds of the nearby waterfalls and creeks. There is a large sunny terrace, a restaurant offering Swiss and international cuisine, a small hotel bar, a library and a cosy lounge with a fireplace.
The Ski area is Mürren- Schilthorn, where you will find the revolving restaurant, Piz Gloria, which was made famous in the James Bond Film On Her Majesty's Secret Service ! At an altitude of 1650 m - 3000 m, Mürren-Schilthorn is the highest winter sport resort in the Bernese Oberland and guarantees optimal ski conditions well into spring.
You can have 5 nights or 7 nights half board accommodation with 4 course evening meals, and four or six full days of skiing, walking, snowshoeing or whatever you desire! You will depart at 10.06 on your departure day for the return journey by cable car and train to Zurich, where your Blueislands flight departs at 14.40, arriving back in Jersey at 15.50 or Guernsey at 16.40.
