Jersey Sea Sport Centre has offered weekend ski and snowboard trips to the Pyrenees by ferry and coach, and short break ski trips to the Alps by air, since 2002.
Ski/snowboard Half Term Trip,
Saturday 15th Feb-Saturday 22nd Feb , 2025.
You will be going to Baréges which links with La Mongie to form one of the largest ski areas in the French Pyrenees, with over 100 km. of pistes & 45 lifts. This area is suitable for all standards, even beginners! You will have half board OR bed and breakfast accomodation in a centrally located 3 * hotel and a 5 day lift pass included (value €260 !) which gives you 5 full days of skiing with a part of both weekends still at home to get the children organised!
Your Itinerary:
Saturday afternoon/evening,15th February you check-in at Elizabeth Harbour for Condor ferry departure to Saint Malo, (times to be confirmed when we receive the ferry schedules). On arrival we will transfer to a coach with fully reclining seats for the overnight trip down to the Pyrenees.
We will arrive in Baréges early on Sunday morning and go straight to our hotel for breakfast. After breakfast we will distribute the lift passes, go to the hire shops to collect ski gear and set off for the ski bus just across the road to take us on the short trip (4 km) up the mountain (included in the ski pass),if you have your own equipment just carry on to the slopes!
You willl have six full days of skiing from Monday through Friday!
On Friday we will spend the day on the mountain and then descend to return skis and boots etc. We will leave Baréges after dinner for the overnight trip back to Saint Malo, arriving to catch the Saturday morning ferry back to Jersey. ( times TBC)

The cost of this trip is £1349 for adults and £1249 for children up to age 10, on a half board basis, and £1249 for adults and £1149 for children up to age 10, on a bed and breakfast basis.
