Weekend Ski Trip to Barèges,
27th-30th March 2026
The destination for this trip will be Barèges, which links with La Mongie to form one of the largest ski area in the Pyrenees, with 100 km of pistes and 45 lifts. This area is suitable for all standards, even beginners! Three full days of skiing, half-board hotel accomodation and lift passes are all included. We leave on the afternoon the schools break up for Easter, so you can bring your children along too!
Your Itinerary: check in at 16.55 Friday afternoon 27th March, for DFDS ferry departure to St. Malo at 17.55. On arrival in St. Malo at 20.50, transfer to coach for overnight trip down to the Pyrenees.
We will arrive in Barèges early on Saturday morning and go straight to our hotel for breakfast. We are staying at the 3 * Hotel La Montagne Fleurie, which is situated in the centre of the village. After breakfast we will distribute the lift passes, and set off for the ski bus to take us on the short trip (4 km) up the mountain (included in the ski pass). The ski bus stop is across the road from the hotel. Just down the road from the hotel you can hire skis and snowboards (ski and boot hire from 20 euros per day). If you have your own equipment just carry on to the ski bus and up to the slopes.
We will ski all day on Saturday and Sunday.On Sunday evening we will leave Barèges after dinner for the overnight trip back to St. Malo, arriving on Monday morning, with free time in St. Malo until check in at 13.00 for 14.00 departure, which gets back to Jersey at 16.55.
In the event of cancellation due to tempest, insufficient numbers, force majeure, etc. all monies will be refunded.
You can book your place by paying a £200 deposit below, balances will be due by 31st January.
